We love to keep some of this dressing on hand for our beet salad or as a dip for pita or veggies! It is a great way to add flavor to a ton of different dishes without worrying that it will hurt your stomach. If your stomach is extra sensitive or you are in an ulcerative colitis flare, you can omit the lemon juice and zest.
