  • 1 cup whole fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice see notes*
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil or more for a thinner consistency
  • 2 tablespoon fresh herbs of choice chopped, dill, flat leaf parsley, mint, shiso
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt or to taste

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, add whole fat plain Greek yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, fresh herbs, garlic clove, and kosher salt. Whisk until well combined. Alternatively, use a food processor, blender, or immersion blender.
    1 cup whole fat plain Greek yogurt, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoon olive oil, 2 tablespoon fresh herbs of choice, 1 garlic clove, ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Notes

*Omit lemon juice if in a flare. You can double the lemon zest to imbue lemon flavor instead, or use a lemon-infused olive oil.

  • Since the dressing is dairy based, be sure to store it in the refrigerator.
