How to Use Gluten-Free Flour
This gluten-free oat flour is versatile and is great in baked goods like muffins or breads as well as breakfasts like pancakes and waffles. You can also mix it with other flours like all purpose or wheat flour.
Equipment
This oat flour recipe only requires a food processor or blender.
Storage
Store leftover oat flour in an air-tight container in a cool, dry place for up to 3 months.
Top Tips
- Ensure that your blender or food processor is clean and dry before adding the oats. Any moisture can cause the oats to clump.
- Use rolled oats or old-fashioned oats. These oats are steamed and flattened, making them easier to blend into a fine flour than instant oats.
