Miso Honey Salmon Bites
are a delicious bite-sized weeknight dinner or appetizer.
Make miso sauce
- Mix miso, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and hot water.
Marinate salmon in sauce for at least 30 minutes.
Dry salmon with paper towel then cut into cubes.
Place salmon skin-side down on parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Broil for 3 min then flip over and broil for 3 more min so skin is crispy.
Serve and enjoy!
