Chicken Miso Soup
is the perfect cozy weeknight meal! It features tender chicken and hearty veggies in a rich broth.
Season the chicken with salt & pepper.
Cook chicken for about 4 min on each side.
Remove chicken & cook vegetables for about 7 min.
Add back chicken then pour in stock and cook for 30 min.
Shred chicken with 2 forks.
Reduce heat to low then add miso.
Add chicken back to soup & stir until ingredients combined.
Serve in bowls with rice, noodles, or by itself!
